Services for Andrew Maurice Moore, 70, of Brownfield will be at 10am, Monday, April 23, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Carter officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

There will be a family visitation at the funeral home Sunday from 6-8pm.

Maurice passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012 in Brownfield. He was born November 18, 1941 in Colorado City to Andrew Frank and Minnie Lee (Padgett) Moore. He attended Colorado City Schools. Maurice married Mary Marie Williams on April 4, 1959 in Colorado City. They moved to Brownfield in 1967. He was a tractor mechanic for Brownfield Ford Tractor for over 20 years and then an operator for Ingam Trucking for 6 years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Maurice is survived by his wife Marie of Brownfield; a grandson, Josh Stockton and wife Cassandra of Lubbock; a great granddaughter, Madison Stockton of Lubbock; a son-in-law, Billy Stockton of Midland; a sister, Frankie Vann of Snyder; many nieces and nephews.

Maurice is preceded in death by 2 daughters, Janet Marie Moore and Cynthia Stockton; his parents; step father, John Kelley; granddaughter, Tara Breck Stockton; a brother, J.L. Moore; nephew, Chad Moore.
