Graveside services for Betty Moreman, 82, of Brownfield will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 1, 2008 at the Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Jerry Roberts officiating.
Betty passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2008 in Brownfield. She was born on June 8, 1925 to William Howard and Ida Roberts in Leedey, Oklahoma where she attended schools. She moved to Brownfield in 1950. She married R. V. Moreman on October 3, 1952 in Lovington, NM. He preceded her in death on May 18, 1989. Betty worked for the Brownfield State Bank for 22 years retiring in 1972. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
She is survived by a daughter Renee Willis of Lubbock; 2 grandchildren, Kirk Willis and his wife Kari of Lubbock and Jenee Gibson and her husband Mike of Lubbock; 4 great grandchildren, Ashley, Haley, Kara and Landry.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Haven Animal Shelter in Lubbock.
