Services for Billie Lee Howell, 84, of Brownfield will be held at 2pm on Monday, November 4, 2013 at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Ken Reeder officiating.
Burial will follow at the Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Billie will be in state from 12-8pm on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Brownfield Funeral Home.
Billie was born on November 03, 1928 to Edward and Oma Crossland in Brownfield. She graduated from Brownfield High School. Billie was united in marriage to Ralph Howell on March 25, 1949 in Brownfield. She is preceded in death by husband, Ralph Howell; parents, Edward and Oma Crossland; 5 sisters and 6 brothers.
Billie is survived by a nephew, Eddie Crossland of Dumas; a niece, Charlotte Franklin; 2 great nieces, Candy Garrett and husband Greg and Kimm Duncan; great nephew Craig Franklin and wife Christie; 3 great-great nephews, Justin Garrett, Jacob Garrett and Calab Franklin all of Midland, Texas
