Memorial services for Delores Faye “Dodie” Paxton, 65, of Brownfield will be 2pm, Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Abundant Harvest Church with Jerold Baldwin officiating. Services will be under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Dodie went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 12, 2013 surrounded by her loved ones at her home in Brownfield. She was born on October 15, 1947 to H.B. and Alta (Donaldson) Bingham in Abilene. She attended Brownfield Schools. Dodie worked at the Terry County Sheriff’s Department for over 15 years. She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bobby Ray Bingham. She attended Abundant Harvest Church.
Dodie is survived by a son, Chad Paxton and wife Kim of Allen; a sister, Sandra Davis and husband Terry of Brownfield; 2 brothers, Vernon Bingham and wife Trish of Crowley and Gaylon Bingham of Brownfield; 3 grandchildren, Shayna, Logan and Isaiah.
