Dora Mae passed away Friday, January 30, 2009 in Brownfield. She was born September 27, 1930 in Hobbs, NM to Tommy and Opal Roby. She moved to Brownfield in 1935 with her family. Dora Mae graduated from Wellman High School. She is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Cherry Mears.
Dora Mae is survived by a daughter, Dawana Overman and her husband James Miller of Brownfield; a son, Rick Overman of Malaysia; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a brother, Waymond Davis of Weatherford; a sister, Marie Hackney of Spokane, Wash.
