Doris Faye Warren

Graveside service for Doris Faye Warren, 85, of Brownfield will be held at 10am on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.brownfieldfuneralhome.com.

Visitation will be held from 7-8pm Friday, October 30, 2015 at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Doris was born on December 6, 1929 in Wilson and married Gerald Warren on January 12, 1953 in Lovington, New Mexico. She worked for the Texas Department of Human Resources for 36 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Doris loved spending time with family and reading books. She loved to go to church when she was able to go and when she couldn’t she watched it on TV every Sunday.

Doris is preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Warren of 49 years; parents, Carl and Audrey McIntyre; a brother, Robert McIntyre and a great-great grandchild, Rebecca.

Doris is survived by her daughter, Nancy McCullough; 3 grandchildren, Shawnie Broadstreet and husband Chris of Lubbock, Bobby Brock of Brownfield and Misty Elmore and husband Jr. of Brownfield; 10 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ada Simmonds and Sabra Spain of Houston and several nieces and nephews.
