Dustin Forrest Smith, 33, of Brownfield, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013 in Brownfield. He was born June 13, 1980 in Brownfield, Texas to Matthew and Glenda Rockwell Smith. He attended High School in Lompoc, California. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Dustin had an associate’s degree in HVAC from Universal Technical Institute. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Stanley Smith, Charlene Smith and Eugene Spears.
Dustin is survived by his children, Austin, Chandler and Cheyenne Smith; his mother, Glenda Smith of Brownfield; his father, Matthew Smith of Las Cruces, NM; 2 sisters, Ashley Smith of Las Cruces, NM and Shannon Smith of Alaska; his grandmother, Evone Spears of Brownfield; his girlfriend, Rosie Belez; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
