James Euvern Sexton

Services for James Euvern Sexton will be at 11am, Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Seaton officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

James passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Frisco. He was born June 11, 1932 to Robert Hariam and Lucy (Hargrove) Sexton in Clay County. James was a member of Shady Oaks Church of God. He is preceded in death by a grandson, Bobby Ward and a sister, Louise Freeman.

James is survived by a daughter, Donna Gail Henson and husband Joe of Chouteau, Okla.; 2 grandsons, Steven Ward and wife Monica and Timothy Ward, both of Chouteau Okla; 4 great grandchildren, Shardae, Stevie, Cody and Kaison Ward of Chouteau, Okla.; 2 brothers, Maurice Sexton and wife Bernice of Littlefield and Leon Sexton and wife Alene of Piedmond, Okla; a sister Darlene Stanaland of Frisco; a nephew, Leon Freeman and wife Glenda of Brownfield; his ex-wife, Edith Anderson.
