Joy Riley

Services for Joyce Louise Riley, 65, of Brownfield will be at 2:00 pm, Monday, August 31, 2009 at Immanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Jody O'Briant and Rev. Jon Patrick officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

Joy was born December 17, 1943 in Muleshoe. She attended Muleshoe and Lamesa schools. She married Robert "Bob" Thomas Riley, April 18, 1976 in Clovis, NM. She was a member of the Elks Lodge 903 and Immanuel Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by a son, Robert "Sam" T. Riley, Jr.

Joy is survived by her husband Bob Riley of Brownfield; a son, Terry Davis and wife Sandra of Brownfield; 3 daughters, Lori Davila and husband Alex of San Angelo, Angie Calder and husband Dennis of Amarillo and Marcie Harris of Amarillo; her parents, Leon and Delsie Dove of Edinburg and Margie Taylor of Matador; 5 brothers, Dennis Dove and wife Raine of Denton, Ronnie Dove of Austin, Alan Dove and wife HaeSoo of Austin, David Taylor of Matador and Leslie Taylor of Lubbock; 2 sisters, Priscilla Bradley of Edinburg and Jan Martin of Matador; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
