Services for Ellen Louise Riley, 79, of Brownfield will be Monday, December 31, 2007 at Abundant Harvest Community Church with Rev. Lynn Dill officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Louise passed away Friday, December 28, 2007 in Lubbock. She was born May 28, 1928 in Sylvester, Texas to Delbert and Edith Davis. She attended school in McCaulley and Brownfield. Louise moved to Brownfield in 1942. She married J. V. Riley, May 18, 1946 in Lubbock. She was a member of Meadow Baptist Church. Louise is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, George Davis.
She is survived by her husband J. V. Riley of Brownfield; a daughter Yvette Adams and her husband Johnny of Brownfield; two grandchildren, Zane and Desirea Harris; 3 sisters, Margaret Davis, Wilma Kendrick and Merrel Foster; a brother Gerrel Davis.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society or Abundant Harvest Church.
