Margie passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2011 in Lubbock. She was born August 12, 1943 in Oklahoma to Joe and Ernestine Charter. She graduated from Frenship High School in Wolfforth. Margie married Frank Condra on May 23, 1969 in Lubbock. She is preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
Margie is survived by her husband Frank Condra of Ropesville; a daughter, Vicki Stark and husband Chris of Kress; step children, Deborah Condra of Lubbock, Carl Condra of New York, NY and Timothy Condra of Lubbock; two sisters, Luvata Tole and husband James of Duncan, Okla., and Sandra Fox and husband Jim of Tulsa, Okla.; a brother, Richard Charter and wife Helen of Amarillo. Okla.; her father, Joe Charter of Duncan Okla.; grandchildren, Justin Stark of Kress, SammiJo McLain and husband Shane of Hart and Jessi Stark of Kress.
