Ollie Mae Farver

Ollie Mae Farver went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2007. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 27, 2007 at the Brownfield Funeral Home Me-morial Chapel with Rev. Randy Land officiating. Internment will follow at Paint Creek Cemetery in Robert Lee, Texas. Ollie Mae was born on December 10, 1922 to William Frank and Mary Mar-garet "Maggie" Hedrick in Maud, Oklahoma. She attended various schools in Seminole County, Oklahoma. She married Arlo Glenn in 1942. They were in the restaurant business in Brownfield during the fifties. She later mar-ried Dale Farver in 1964 in El Paso, Texas. Ollie was an artist and a photographer. She owned the White House Studio in El Paso during the early sixties. She loved art, children, nature, and animals to an extreme nature. She would walk a block to keep a grasshopper out of danger. She was loved and will be missed by all those who knew her. She is survived by a daughter, Judy and her husband Tom of Brownfield, 2 Granddaughters, Pamela Young of Greenwood and Diana Newberry of Monahans, and 4 Great Grandchildren; Ryan and Kyle Young of Greenwood, and Brandi and Brittany Newberry of Monahans. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contri-butions to the American Alz-heimer’s Association and the American Heart Association. Services are by Brownfield Fu-neral Home.
