Services for Thomas Edward Ellis, 71, of Lubbock will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Land officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
Edward was born November 18, 1937 in Lamesa, Texas to T. M. "Pete" and Elva Ellis. He attended Brownfield Schools. He was a US Navy Veteran. Edward is preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Joyce Ellis; two brothers, Ross and J. T. Ellis; a son, Rusty Ellis; a grandson, Logan Ellis.
Edward is survived by his daughter, Michelle Ellis of Amarillo; a son, Steve Ellis and wife Lecia of Austin; a sister, Ann Ellis of Lubbock; 3 grandchildren, Tyler Ellis, Cutter Knox and Ren Ellis.
