Wanda Sue Waters

Graveside services for Wanda Sue Waters, 86, will be held at 11am Monday, May 9, 2016 at Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Dr. Matt Baird officiating.

Sue passed away Friday, May 6, 2016 in Wolfforth. She was born August 16, 1929 in Lubbock to Duffield and Winnie Willson. Sue graduated from Lubbock High School and then attended Wayland Baptist University. She married Lewis M. Waters August 9, 1949 in Lubbock. Sue was a member of Brownfield First Baptist Church. Sue loved to cook and if you ever visited she was going to feed you. Sue is preceded in death by her parents, Duffield and Winnie Willson, daughter, Rebecca Smith, grandson, Brian Smith, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

Sue is survived by her husband, Lewis M. Waters of Wolfforth; son, Glenn Waters and wife, Teresa, of Brownfield; grandchildren, Amber Wood and husband, Naaman, of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Bradley Waters and wife, Megan, of Rockwall, Kayla Waters of Dallas, Keeston Waters of Rockwall and five great grandchildren, Kayleigh Waters, Kinli Lindsey, Chandler, Dylan, and Austin Houser.
