David A. Perez

Funeral services for David A. Perez of Brownfield will be held at 10 am Saturday, January 26, 2019, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Father Jose Kochuparambil officiating. Burial will follow in Meadow Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
There will be a prayer service held at 6 pm Friday, January 25, 2019, at Brownfield Funeral Home with a visitation following until 8 pm.
David passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019, in Lubbock. He was born February 1, 1938, in Bryan, TX to Jessie and Juanita Perez. David married Donna Soto on November 19, 1955, in Meadow. David was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a hard worker that always provided for his family. David is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Perez, parents, Jesse and Juanita Perez, brother, Benito Perez, grandsons, Joshua Pauda, Justin Pauda, and Benny Joe Perez.
David is survived by 6 children, Yolanda Pauda and husband, Ernest, of Brownfield, David Perez Jr. and wife, Susan of Meadow, MaryAnn Cortez and husband, Ismael of Davidson, OK, Rudy Perez and wife Rose Ann of Brownfield, Benny Perez and wife, Malena of Meadow, Glenda Tercero and husband, Jimmy of Brownfield; 5 siblings, Daniel Perez and wife, Lola of Brownfield, Susan Robles and husband, Rogelio of Lubbock, Sara Cruz of Lubbock, Patsy Ruiz of Lubbock, Mary Ruiz and husband, Eusebio of Meadow; 17 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren.
