Graveside services for Ernest Dellenbaugh, 89, of Brownfield will be 2 pm, Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Purtell officiating.
Ernest passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at his home in Brownfield. He was born November 18, 1917 in Luther, OK. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He was a Craftsman of guns and rare knives. He was a member for many years of Creede Elks Lodge #506 and the VFW.
He was survived by two daughters, Loulene Sapp of Kingsland and Kathie Paulk of Creede, CO.; two sons, Ray Dellenbaugh of Creede, CO. and Allen Dellenbaugh of Kingsland; a sister, Marjorie Purtell of Lubbock; a brother, Kenneth Dellenbaugh of Creede, CO.; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
