Services for Janie Elizabeth Doss, 89, of Lubbock will be held at 10 am Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Brownfield Funeral Home with Reverend Chris Seaton officiating.

Janie was born on May 27, 1933 to Tom and Elsie Doss in Brownfield and passed from this life on April 22, 2023 in Post.

Janie is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Elsie Doss; 6 brothers, Thomas, Barney, Carroll, Wayne, Winfred and Lester Doss and 2 sisters, Verma Mae King and Winnie Kinder.

Janie is survived by her daughter, Diane Davis; 2 sons, Ricky Davis and Mike Davis; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Gwen Line and Maxine Doss.
