Shae Alexandra Valenzuela was born on January 17, 2002, in San Antonio, Texas to Jesse and Kylee Valenzuela. She left this life on May 6, 2023. Shae spent most of her young life growing up in San Antonio and moved with her family to Brownfield in 2018. She graduated from Brownfield High School in 2020.
After graduating high school, Shae moved back to San Antonio to attend UTSA and pursue a nursing degree. She had almost completed her first semester at UT Health Science and was looking forward to becoming a travel nurse and working in pediatrics. While Shae was attending school, she also worked hard to support herself as a pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy and as a kid gym instructor at My Gym. She was also an active member of the Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority.
Shae will be remembered for many things, but some of the most significant memories will be of her tiny stature but mighty personality, her love for dancing to the music with whoever was willing to dance with her, her giant collection of sunglasses, and her countless Tik Tok videos she made for every occasion. Shae had a genuine love and made an impact on everyone she encountered.
She is survived by her Dad, Mom, brother, Tyler and his wife Hailey, of Victoria, TX, two sisters, Aubree and Laekyn, her grandparents, Royce and Jeanie Richards, of Brownfield and Richard Valenzuela, of Victoria, TX, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services for Shae Valenzuela will be held 10:00 am on Friday, May 12, 2023, at United Family Fellowship, 1004 East Broadway in Brownfield under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.
