Memorial service for Thomas Christopher Zorns, 55, of Brownfield will be held at 11am Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Brownfield Funeral Home.

Chris was born on August 7, 1971, passed away on September 8, 2026. Chris will be remembered as a man who loved deeply and lived with a generous heart. His family meant everything to him, and that love shaped the way he moved through the world. He also had a special love for his pets, whose companionship brought him joy and comfort. He was someone people could count on. Chris could fix anything, meeting problems with patience, skill, and a steady hand. He built lasting friendships and kept friends for life, a reflection of his loyalty and the genuine care he gave to others. Above all, he loved the Lord, and that faith was part of the foundation of his life.

Chris was preceded in death by his father Thomas Bruce Zorns, maternal grandparents, Helen and Dan Kirklin and paternal grandparents, Bruce and Viginia Zorns.

Chris is survived by son, Chandler Kirklin Zorns; mother, Mary Helen Grant; step-father, Bill Grant; niece, Landen Michel and husband Miles; nephews, Grant Addison and Sam Addison and wife Payton.
